"Try being a little more 'free'. It's a good start but you might need to get rid of some preconceptions about poetry. 1. It doesn't have to rhyme. (I know you haven't but some people feel it's not poetry . . ." more

Sandi Mackenzie commented on a post "Thanks, Susan. I was concerned that my first attempt at poetry would be a bust. I just wish I could remember the first draft. I thought was a tad bit better but I lost the thumb drive that I stored it . . ." more Aug 22, 2010 1:08AM EDT

The A-Team is a group for adults with Attention Deficit Disorder. Communicate with other adults who are dealing with the same issues and share how it affects you, how you cope with it, funny and terrible things about living with ADD in all its various forms.
While it is okay to share your experiences with diagnosis, medication, and other medical aspects of ADD, please remember that this is a public forum and not a formal medical site. Always do your research and check with your own doctor before deciding to follow any advice you find here. The A-Team is now a moderated group.I apologize for that, but it's important to keep group content focused (no pun intended) on ADD, ADHD, and information related to those topics. I have only three rules, and I will be brutal about enforcing them. Well, okay, not brutal. I don't really do "brutal" as such. But I will do my best to enforce them! Number one, first and foremost, is: BE NICE!!! Number two is: articles must be ADD-related in some way. Number three: let's keep it reasonably clean, okay? Articles that do not conform to the three rules above will be removed. Now, come on in and let's get to know one another! And have fun! Remember, if you're not having fun, you're not doing it right!
